    • Dress shirt with tie or bow tie (optional but encouraged)

    • Dress shoes or polished loafers

    • Fall‑appropriate materials like wool, tweed, or heavier blends

    • Avoid overly casual fabrics (linen, jersey, denim)

    • Bring layers: a coat, vest, or scarf that complements your suit

    • Shoes that can handle grass or uneven ground

    • Expect cooler temperatures after sunset (last year’s weather at this time was 55 / 35 °F)

Dress Recommendations

    • Long or midi dresses

    • Dressy jumpsuits or coordinated sets

    • Dressy flats, block heels, or wedges

    • Seasonal fabrics like satin, chiffon, crepe, velvet, or structured knits

    • Avoid overly casual fabrics (linen, jersey, denim)

    • Avoid silk as there will be bubble blowing which could cause staining

    • Bring a wrap, shawl, or light jacket for warmth

    • Choose shoes that won’t sink into grass

    • Expect cooler temperatures after sunset (last year’s weather at this time was 55 / 35 °F)

Color Guidelines

We recommend wearing walnut, plum, burgundy, olive, or mustard colors:

Note: If you’re in the wedding party, you may be asked to follow a specific color scheme
